National Museum of Natural History. Leiden - Tyrannosaurus Trix was found and excavated in 2013 in the US state of Montana. Her impressive skeleton is 66 million years old and is now the eye-catcher of the evocative dinosaur department of Naturalis Biodiversity Center in Leiden.

Dinosaur Era. A few years ago, Naturalis uncovered one of the most complete and best-preserved skeletons of this famous carnivorous dinosaur on the prairie of Montana, USA. The Rexperience contains scare, motion and light effects and is therefore suitable for children ages 8 and up. Children under the age of 12 are only allowed to visit the Rexperience with an adult. The Rexperience is in Dutch. Combined entry to Naturalis and the Rexperience costs 19 euros per person. Entry is free for Friends of Naturalis.
